An ordinance of the City of Grand Prairie, Texas adopting a Comprehensive Plan for the City of Grand Prairie, which updates all previous Comprehensive Plans, the Future Land Use Map, the Thoroughfare Map and Community Facility Plans; and making this ordinance cumulative; providing a severability clause; and declaring an effective date (On May 26, 2026, the Planning and Zoning Commission recommended approval by a vote of 7-0)
