SO MY PROFESSIONAL RECOMMENDATION, NOT BEING AN ENGINEER OR A LICENSED FRAMER, WE WOULD, WE WOULD NEED TO GET THE RAFTERS, THE BEAMS AND THE TRUSS AND THE WHOLE ATTIC, STRUCTURAL INTEGRITY SOUND FIRST.
AND THEN I WOULD BE ABLE TO PUT ON ALL OF THE BRAND NEW OSB BOARD AND DECKING.
'CAUSE SHE'S GONNA NEED BRAND NEW DECKING TO COME UP TO CODE.
AND THEN THE ROOFING AND THE SHINGLES HAVE, HAVE YOU HAD A ENGINEER COME OUT AND LOOK AT IT? NO.
