UH, ESSENTIALLY THE, THE HIGHEST POINT IS FOUR FEET AND THEN IT TAPERS DOWN TO WHERE IT HITS GRADE. OKAY. SO AT THE FRONT OF THE PROPERTY, IT'S BASICALLY GRADE. HE CAN'T WALK UP THOSE STAIRS. SO THE, ESSENTIALLY THE ONLY AREA THAT HE'S GONNA BE ABLE TO UTILIZE IS THAT, THAT SECTION OF DECK AT THAT LOWER LEVEL. 'CAUSE IT'S THE ONLY EXIT OUT OF THAT HOUSE IS THROUGH THE SIDE. SO WHAT'S THAT AREA IN THE BACK GONNA BE USED FOR? UM, I, HIS FAMILY, WIFE'S SPOUSE, I'M NOT SURE, BUT OKAY.
