UH, TONIGHT WE JUST HAD THE ONE CASE THAT'S A, THAT'S A REPEAT, NOT A REPEAT, BUT A CONTINUATION OF 1605 ACOSTA. WE'VE BEEN MEETING FOR THE, ON THIS FOR SEVERAL MONTHS. AND THAT'S THE HOUSE IN THE, IN THE CONDITION WHEN WE FIRST BROUGHT IT, UH, IN APRIL, THESE WERE Y'ALLS, Y'ALL'S FINDINGS AND FOUND THAT BASICALLY THE STRUCTURE, THE CONTAINS HOLES IN THE ROOF THAT HAD BEEN LED TO DAMAGE AND INTERIOR TO THE HOUSE, INCLUDING COLLAPSED CEILING WORKING OF THE ROOF DECK. IT'S VACANT SHOWS, SIGN SIGNS OF VANDALISM AND UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS CONTAINS A MOLD LIKE SUBSTANCE. THE STRUCTURE IS SUBSTANDARD IN THE TERMS DEFINED IN 29 18, 1, 2, 7 9 11 AND 29 28, 4, 5, 7, 8, 12, 13, 15, 6 15, AND 17. MOST OF THESE THAT MAKE IT A DANGEROUS AND SUBSTANDARD STRUCTURE ARE THERE, BUT IT'S NOT OCCUPIED. SO IT'S NOT DANGER AT, AT THE MOMENT TO ANYONE IN THE, IN, IN IT, IN IT. 'CAUSE THERE NO ONE'S LIVING IN IT. IT'S NOT OCCUPIED. PEOPLE DON'T COME AND GO OUT OF IT. THE, THE PART ABOUT BEING, UH, UH, ABOUT IT BEING ABLE TO, FOR PEOPLE IT WASN'T SECURE. MALONE STATE THAT SHE HAD HIRED DAM MOSQUE CONSTRUCTION, WHICH IS STILL, I SPOKE TO THE, THE MAN THIS MORNING, UH, TO REPLACE THE ROOF AND SUBMIT. AND THEY DID SUBMIT THE PROGRESS REPORT. UH, TIM BANKS HAD APPEARED AND, AND GAVE A TIMELINE AND THE SEPTEMBER ADDITIONAL FINDINGS THAT A DETAILED TIME AND WORK SCHEDULE WAS PROVIDED BASED ON THE INFORMATION PRESENTED AT THE HEARING, THAT WORK NECESSARY TO BRING THE PROPERTY INTO COS WITH THE LAW CANNOT BE REASONABLY COMPLETED WITH THE TIME PROVIDED AND Y'ALL GAVE TILL TODAY. AND SO, UH, THIS, THE AMENDED ORDER IS REPAIRED, REMOVED, OR DEMOLISHED IN ACCORDANCE WITH APPLICABLE LAW DECEMBER 1ST. OWNER ORDERS REPRESENT SHALL APPEAR AT THIS TONIGHT. AND ON SEVERAL OF TIMES AFTER THEY HIT MY CREDIT HARD SCORE, UM, IT WOULD COME BACK EITHER THE LEAST AMOUNT OF MONEY THAT WOULDN'T HELP IN THIS SITUATION OR IT WOULD BE DENIED IN THE PROCESS. UM, ALONG WITH MOSS CONSTRUCTION, THEY DECIDED, 'CAUSE THEY DO IN-HOUSE FINANCING AS WELL, THAT FOR OUR LAST ATTEMPT, THEY ATTEMPTED TO, UM, CHANGE TO ANOTHER OR WIDEN THEIR, UM, FI IN-HOUSE FINANCING. YOU KNOW, THEY PAID AND EVEN MR. UH, MOSS WAS CONCERNED THAT MAKE SURE, BECAUSE THEY HAVE A CONCIERGE AND THEY COULD TALK TO YOU IF YOU HAVE A PROBLEM. AND THAT EVERYTHING WAS WORKING OUT. UM, I HAD, AND THAT WAS LAST WEEK. 'CAUSE WE'VE GONE AND WE'VE GONE. SO THAT'S MY, IF GRANTED THAT'S MY NEXT STEP IS TO LOCATE THOSE INSTITUTION AND GO FORWARD IN FINDING THE, UM, FINANCES THAT I NEED. IF IT HAD NOT BEEN FOR THE MOVE OF, OF, UM, MR.
