THE ZONING IS SINGLE FAMILY ONE AND IS DEVELOPED WITH HOMES AND UNDEVELOPED PROPERTY TO THE WEST AND SOUTHWEST OF THE SUBJECT.
PROPERTY ZONING IS LIGHT, INDUSTRIAL AND GENERAL RETAIL.
THE DEVELOPMENT CONSISTS OF CONTRACTOR SHOPS ON BOTH SIDES OF THE ROAD.

AND THE REASON FOR THAT IS TO PROVIDE COMPLETE SCREENING FROM 1 61.
SO FROM 1 61, YOU'RE NOT GONNA SEE ANY OF THE OUTSIDE STORAGE, ANY OF THE PARKING SPACES.
IT'S GONNA BE A VERY CLEAN LOOK AND KEEP THE CORRIDOR AS INTENDED.
AND THEN AROUND ALL SIDES OF THE OUTSIDE STORAGE AREA, WHICH IS ON SHADY GROVE AND, UH, THE SIDE STREET, THEY'RE GONNA HAVE A SIX FOOT MASONRY FENCE AROUND THE WHOLE THING.

IT'S ALL GONNA BE STORED INSIDE THAT BUILDING.
THAT'S THE REASON THEY'RE GOING TO THE TIME.
'CAUSE THEY, THEY ARE WORTH SOME MONEY AND THEY'RE REALLY PROTECTING AGAINST THEFT.

THE OWNER ALSO CONFIRMED THAT IDS ARE CHECKED, UM, FOR 21 AND OVER BEFORE PEOPLE ARE ALLOWED ONTO THE PREMISES.
AND AT THAT TIME, MEMBERSHIP CARDS ARE ALSO ISSUED.

POLICE DEPARTMENT WAS ALSO PART OF THEIR REVIEW.
UM, THEY ALSO REPORTED NO INCIDENTS OR ISSUES OF SIGNIFICANCE.
PD, HOWEVER, DID NOTE THAT IF THE HOURS ARE EXTENDED, THE APPLICANT SHOULD MAINTAIN ONSITE SECURITY AND ENFORCE A MINIMUM AGE OF 21 FOR BOTH EMPLOYEES AND MEMBERS.
