UH, SO THE OWNER, I THINK, INITIALLY STARTED, HE WANTED TO FIX IT AFTER WE, UH, WE ISSUED THE ORDERS TO, TO FIX IT, STARTED THINKING ABOUT HOW WELL THE MAIN REASON THEY HAD THIS PROPERTY OR THE, THE INCOME VALUE OF THIS PROPERTY IS THE CELL PHONE TOWER IN THE BACK CORNER LOT.

AND SO THAT'S, THEY WERE INTERESTED IN KEEPING THAT INCOME PROPERTY AND THEN JUST PROBABLY JUST SELLING THIS.

SO THAT'S WHAT THEY DECIDED ON.

IT TOOK A LITTLE BIT, UH, OF TIME TO GET THE REPL D DRAWN, DONE, PERMITTED ZONING.

CVA HAD HERE, HAD A VARIANCE ON IT THAT WAS GRANTED.

ALL THAT'S BEEN DONE.

UH, AND THE WAY I UNDERSTAND THE PURCHASERS HERE, THE SELLERS REPRESENTATIVE IS HERE.

THEY HAVE A PLAN TO SCHEDULE TO CLOSE ON OCTOBER 20TH FOR THE FINAL CLOSING.

AND THEY'RE, THEY'RE HERE TO REPORT ON WHAT THEY'VE GOT DONE AND WHAT THEY'RE GOING TO DO.

THESE WERE OUR ORIGINAL FINDINGS THAT IT WAS DANGEROUS AND SUBSTANDARD.
