I THINK THIS IS THE, UH, THIRD TIME FOR THIS ONE.
AND I'M, UH, THIS IS OVER HERE NORTH OF KINGSTON AND, UH, WEST OF BELTLINE.
THIS IS THE HOUSE WITH A HOLE IN THE ROOF.
AND IT WAS DISCOVERED IN 2023, UH, ON A COMPLAINT WITH THE OVER HANGING TREE LIMBS.
AT THAT TIME, THE, THE CODE OFFICER ADDRESSED THE, UH, THE HOLE IN THE ROOF WITH THE OWNER, AND, UH, SHE WAS EXPLAINED THAT IT WAS, SHE WAS HAVING FINANCIAL DI DIFFICULTIES AND, UH, THEY ACTUALLY DID OBTAIN A PERMIT TO REPAIR THE ROOF, BUT IT, IT, IT HAS SINCE EXPIRED.
IT HASN'T, THEY MOWED THE YARD.
'CAUSE IT WAS A MESS WHEN WE, WE WERE HERE.
THAT WAS OUR INTERIOR INSPECTION IN APRIL.
AND Y'ALL, UH, THESE ARE THE FINDINGS IN APRIL.
Y'ALL FOUND THAT, THAT IT WAS, THE OWNER DIDN'T HAVE SUFFICIENT TIMER FUNDING AT THE TIME.
YOU WERE GONNA GIVE HER MORE TIME TO PROVIDE UPDATES AND, AND HELP.
AND SO YOU KNOWALL MET AGAIN THEN IN MAY, APRIL.
MAY YOU KNOWALL MET, MET AGAIN IN MAY AND IN, UH, AND ASKED THE OWNER SHALL APPEAR AT THE NEXT BUILDING ADVISORY APPEALS BOARD MEETING ON, ON MAY 5TH, UH, WITH A DETAILED PLAN, A CONTRACTOR, WHICH INCLUDES A PLAN OF ACTION FOR THE NEXT 30, 60, 90 DAYS.
AND THAT SHE, SHE TALKED ABOUT IT.
I, THERE WASN'T A REAL DETAILED PLAN THAT SHE PRESENTED.

'CAUSE MY MIND IS THINKING I STILL NEED MONEY.
I'M STILL NEEDING TO PROCESS THIS, GETTING THEM FUNDS OTHER THAN THE INSURANCE.

I JUST HADN'T REACHED OUT 'CAUSE I WAS STILL TRYING TO FOCUS ON FUNDING THROUGH EQUITY.
