WAS THERE A BID THAT WENT OUT? IF SO, WHO BID FOR THIS CONTRACT? AND TO WHAT EXTENT WAS THE BID MADE AND WHAT WAS THE BID SELECTION CRITERIA TO DETERMINE WHAT WAS THE BEST PERSON TO MAKE THAT REPAIR TO THAT GYM FLOOR MAYOR AND COUNCIL? WE WERE TRYING TO GET AHEAD OF THIS 'CAUSE WE KNEW THAT WE DID NOT WANT THE GYM TO BE DOWN DURING THE SUMMERTIME, SO WE WANNA TRY AND GET THIS REPLACED BEFORE WE GET TO THE SUMMER.
