AND IT WAS JUST AN ATTRACTIVE NUISANCE FOR HOMELESS FOLKS.

COULDN'T, WE HAD TO RESECURE IT MULTIPLE TIMES.

UH, AND SO THAT'S WHY WE BROUGHT IT TO THIS BOARD.

AND SINCE BRINGING IT TO THE BOARD, THIS BOARD, THE OWNERS HAVE STEPPED UP AND HAVE KEPT IT SECURE, CLEANED IT OUT, UH, WITH, OR THE ORIGINAL THOUGHT WAS TO TRY TO SELL IT TO AND HAD A BUYER.

AND AS THEY HAD THIS CLEANED UP AND I THINK THE LAST MEETING WE WERE HERE AND THEY WERE GOING TO FIX IT UP, THE SALE HAD FALLEN THROUGH AND THEY HAD A PLAN TO, TO TRY TO GET IT FIXED AND OPEN IT.

THIS IS THE ONE THAT'S DIVIDED.

THEY WANTED TO DIVIDE 'CAUSE THEY HAVE A CELL TOWER IN THE BACK, SO THEY STILL WANT THEIR INCOME OFF THAT CELL TOWER IF IN BEFORE THEY SELL IT TO, TO MAKE SURE THAT THEY CAN ASSURE THAT THAT'LL KEEP ON HAPPENING.

AND I, THERE WAS A QUESTION THEN AND ABOUT HOW LONG IT TAKES TO APPLY FOR A TO THE REPL.

UH, I THINK THEY HAVE A CLOSING DATE SET FOR HOPEFULLY FEBRUARY 15TH.

IT WAS THAT ORIGINAL, UH, PERSON THAT WAS INTERESTED IN IT.

I TALKED TO THE PLATING CONSULTING FIRM AND, UH, WE

THOUGHT MAYBE THEY WERE LAX IN GETTING THEM EVERYTHING THEY NEEDED TO GET THE REPLANTING PROCESS DONE.

BUT THE FIRM, THE CONSULTING FIRM SAYS, NO, THEY'VE GOT EVERYTHING TO US.

WE'VE GOT IT.

WE, WE'VE BEEN RUNNING BEHIND.

AND THEY ASSURED ME THAT THEY'RE WORKING DILIGENTLY TO TRY TO COORDINATE WITH OUR CALENDAR.

'CAUSE THEY HAVE TO SCHEDULE IT IN THE RIGHT TIMEFRAME TO GET IT SET FOR A HEARING.

BUT THEY'VE GOT EVERYTHING THEY NEEDED NEED AND THEY DON'T SEE A PROBLEM DOING IT, JUST HAVE TO HAVE THE HEARING.

ADDITIONAL FINDINGS HERE WAS THEY PROVIDED A DETAILED PLAN AND TIME SCHEDULE TO THE CITY.

UH, WHILE THEY HAD THAT IN PLACE, THEY'VE RENEGOTIATED AND NOW IT LOOKS LIKE A SALE IS IMMINENT.

UH, THE WORK CAN'T REASONABLY COMPLETED WITHIN THE 90 DAYS OF THE DATE OF THE ORIGINAL ORDER.

THAT'S WHICH Y'ALL HAD RECOGNIZED AND EXTENDED IT.

AND, UH, THEN BASED ON THE INFORMATION PRESENTED, THE WORK NECESSARY TO BRING THE PROPERTY INTO COMPLIANCE WITH APPLICABLE LAWS CANNOT BE REASONABLY COMPLETED WITHIN THE TIME PROVIDED BY THE CURRENT ORDER.

HOWEVER, EXTENDING THE TIME TO COMPLETE THE WORK TO JANUARY 6TH PROVIDES THE OWNER ANOTHER INTEREST PARTIES A REASONABLE AMOUNT OF TIME TO REPAIR, REMOVE, REMOVE OR DEMOLISH THE STRUCTURE.

SO IN THAT REASONABLE AMOUNT OF TIME, THEY'VE RENEGOTIATED SALE, GOT A, GOT A CONTRACT SIGNED, AND THEY'RE LIKE, THE LIGHT IS AT THE END OF THE TUNNEL FOR THE REPLANTING PROCESS.

I FEEL FULLY CONFIDENT THAT THE COMPANY HAS IT AND IT'S A REPUTABLE CONSULTING FIRM FOR RE FOR REPL, NOT SUCH THINGS.

I'VE NEVER DONE IT, BUT, SO THESE ARE YOUR ORDERS IN NOVEMBER.
