THEY WERE, THESE WERE ACTUALLY GRANTS. SO WHAT HAPPENED WAS THEY TOOK THE 10,000 AND THE $7,000 FIRST TIME HOME BUYER LOANS, WHICH WERE REALLY GRANTS THAT WAS SUPPOSED TO BE DEDUCTED FROM THE 58,000. BUT WHAT THEY DID, THEY DID 10,000, 7,000 EQUALS 17,058 AND 17 EQUALS 73. SO THEY PUT THE GRANT MONEY ON THE BACKSIDE AS THOUGH I OWED THAT MONEY. STAY WITH ME.
