THIS RENDERING KIND KIND OF REPRESENTS HOW THE FINAL PRODUCT WILL LOOK. AGAIN, THE ELEVATION COMMUNICATES THAT RIGHT NOW THE APPLICANT ONLY PLANS ON ADDING THE, UH, ONE PROVIDER, BUT THEY COULD IN THE FUTURE, POSSIBLY CO-LOCATE. A LOT OF TIMES CITIES WILL INCREASE, UH, THESE PROVIDERS TO CO-LOCATE RATHER THAN HAVING INDIVIDUAL COMPANY BUILD A NEW TOWER BECAUSE THAT REDUCES A LOT OF JUST, UH, NUISANCES WHEN YOU'RE DRIVING DOWN THE STREET. THEY ARE ALSO REQUESTING A, THIS 12 FOOT EXCESS DRIVE TO BE PAVE GRAVEL. UH, ONCE THE TOWERS ARE CONSTRUCTED, THE STAFF DOES NOT EXPECT THERE WILL BE A LOT OF DRIVING TRAFFIC DAILY OR WEEKLY OR ANYTHING LIKE THAT. THEY MAY DO, UM, SCHEDULED MAINTENANCES, BUT WE DON'T ANTICIPATE THERE WILL BE A LOT OF DRIVING. SO SINCE THEY ARE LOCATED ON A PRIVATE PROPERTY, WE FEEL COMFORTABLE THAT THEY BE CONSTRUCTED WITH GRAVEL. AGAIN, THEY ARE REQUESTING THE DISTANCE VARIANCE AND THE GRAVEL DRIVE VARIANCES. WE DID SEND OUT A NOTIFICATION AND RECEIVED ONE OPPOSITION LETTER. UM, SINCE THE NOTICE LETTER'S BEEN SENT OUT, UM, THE APPLICANT DID REACH OUT TO SOME OF THE RESIDENTS AND, UM, THEY ARE PLANNING ON ATTENDING THE HOA BOARD MEETING ON OCTOBER 28TH. IS THIS HAPPENS TO BE BETWEEN THE PNS AND THE CITY COUNCIL. UH, WHAT THE STAFF WAS PROVIDED WAS THAT THEY RECEIVED GENERALLY POSITIVE RESPONSES FROM RESIDENTS. THEY, THEY WERE ABLE TO GET IN TOUCH WITH BECAUSE THEY WANTED TO SEE SOME INCREASE IN THEIR COVERAGE. SO WE DID RECEIVE ONE OPPOSITION LETTER FROM THIS RESIDENT, LIZ, RIGHT HERE. UM, HE DIDN'T, HIS UM, COMMENT WAS THAT HE DIDN'T WANT TO HAVE TO SEE THE TOWER FROM HIS BACKYARD. I JUST WANNA POINT OUT THE LOCATION OF THE EXISTING UTILITY POLE AND THE PROPOSED TOWER. THIS IS A PICTURE THAT WAS PROVIDED BY THE APPLICANT. THEY TOOK IT FROM ACROSS THE LAKE. YOU CAN KIND OF SEE HOW IN COMPARISON TO THE EXISTING UTILITY POLES, THESE, UH, COMMUNICATIONS AND CELL TOWER WILL BE VERY SLIM IN DESIGN. AGAIN, DRC RECOMMENDS APPROVAL WITH THE CONDITION. THE CONDITION IS MORE FOR THE EXISTING SITE. THE CHURCH IS CURRENTLY LEASING THEIR, UH, GRASS AREA TO THE CITY OF MANSFIELD TO, UM, USE IT AS A STAGING GROUND FOR SOME OF THEIR ROAD, UH, SETON ROAD CONSTRUCTION WORK.
