8. Approve an Agreement with Emergicon, LLC, through a Master Interlocal Agreement with the City of Desoto, for Emergency Medical Services Billing and Collection Services in the Amount of $38 per Transport or 7.5%-22% of Collections, as Applicable, for an Initial Term of Three Years with the Ability to Renew for Two Additional One Year Terms Finance/Government 7/10/2024 and PSHE 7/8/2024
10. Agreement with Trane U.S., Inc in an amount up to $164,392.00 for quarterly HVAC Preventative Maintenance and repairs at the EPIC Recreation Center. This Agreement will include quarterly Preventative Maintenance of the EPIC Recreation Center’s 16 rooftop HVAC units in the amount of $64,392.00, and a contingency for repairs for the same in an amount of up to $100,000.00. This would be for an initial one-year term, with the option for four additional one-year term renewals, for a total amount of $821,960 if all renewals are exercised (Reviewed by the Finance and Government Committee on 09/03/2024)

Construction Contract Amendment No. 3 with Modern Contractors, Inc. in the amount of $66,745.00 for Public Safety Storage Facility work, including exterior building enclosure enhancements, additional flooring material required to match existing conditions and landscaping additions at the main entry of the new facility (Reviewed by the Finance & Government Committee on 09/03/2024)
14. Interlocal Agreement with Dallas County in amount not to exceed $450,000 for replacement of playground equipment at Sycamore Park

Lot 2, Block 1, Gibsons Addition, City of Grand Prairie, Dallas County, Texas, zoned PD-394, and addressed as 906 W Pioneer Pkwy Suite 250 (On City Council Meeting – September 17, 2024 Page 8 of 8 September 9, 2024, the Planning and Zoning Commission recommended approval with conditions by a vote of 7-0)
