UM, THE CITY COUNCIL DENIED THE PD AMENDMENT AND THE SUP REQUEST BACK THEN. UM, THIS APPLICATION REQUEST SVP REQUEST, UH, DENIAL HAS BEEN MORE THAN A YEAR. SO THE PROPERTY OWNER, UM, AT THIS TIME IS BRINGING FAIRLY SIMILAR REQUESTS FOR THE SAME LOCATION WITHOUT THE PREVIOUS APPLICANT. THE, UM, THEY WILL ESTABLISH THIS BUSINESS THEMSELVES AND PLAN TO RUN THIS OPERATION. SO FOR THE ZONE CHANGE STAFF TAKES NO POSITION ON THE ZONE CHANGE, BUT NOTES THAT THE USE IS CONSISTENT WITH THE ENTERTAINMENT USES CURRENTLY PERMITTED IN [00:10:01] THE PD 2 1 7, WHICH IS CONSISTENT WITH THE STAFF. UM, RECOMMENDATION LAST TIME. SO THE SECOND PART IS FOR THE SPECIFIC USE PERMIT. SO THE PRIVATE CARD ROOMS ARE RE UH, REQUESTING THE SUP TO BE PERMITTED AS, UH, THE APPLICANT PROPOSED THIS, UH, PRIVATE CARD ROOM. SO YOU CAN KIND OF SEE THE PROPOSED SITE. THIS IS AN EXISTING BUILDING THAT'S TWO STORIES. THERE'S CURRENTLY A, UH, ENTERPRISE CAR RENTALS OCCURRING THERE. THEY, UH, THEY PLAN ON MAKING SOME RENOVATIONS TO, UH, INTERIOR AND MINOR MODIFICATIONS TO THE EXTERIOR AND OPERATE THIS. THEY ARE, UM, NEAR A REPLACE PDO OR NOT, AND TWO HOTELS AND SOME MULTI-FAMILY. SO THIS PLAN KIND OF SHOWS WHAT THEY'RE PLANNING ON DOING. THIS ENTERPRISE WILL REMAIN, AND THIS IS RESERVED FOR A FUTURE TENANT SPACE. THEY PLAN ON, UM, HAVING A CHECK-IN AREA AND A FULL SERVICE KITCHEN. AND THE, UH, CUSTOMERS OR THE MEMBERS OF THIS PRIVATE CLUB WILL BE ABLE TO CHECK IN AND ENTER TO THE SECOND FLOOR WHERE THEY CAN BE SEATED. THEY PLAN ON, UH, BEING OPEN FROM 10 IN THE MORNING UNTIL 2:00 AM AS THE BUSINESS GROWS, THEY PLAN TO EXPEND THE OPERATIONAL HOURS TO 24 HOURS A DAY OPERATION. THEY DO PROPOSE TO PROVIDE A PROFESSIONAL SECURITY PERSONNEL WHO ARE LICENSED. UM, THEY DO PLAN ON PROVIDING INDOOR AND OUTDOOR VIDEO SURVEILLANCE SURVEILLANCE SYSTEM, AND THEY'LL HAVE THE MANAGEMENT TEAM ON SITE AND THEY WILL HAVE PATROLS IN THE PARKING LOT, UM, WHICH WILL ALSO HELP SOME OF THEIR PATRON TO BE, UH, SAFELY, UH, TRANSPORTED TO THEIR PARKED CARS. AGAIN, SOME OF THESE RECOMMENDATIONS ARE REPETITION OF WHAT PD RECOMMENDED THEY WORKED. REALLY, UM, HARD COMING UP WITH SOME OF THESE RECOMMENDATIONS FOR THE PLANNING DIVISION.
