THIS IS AN INTERESTING CASE, I'M GONNA SKIP OVER HERE TO THE PLAT.
SO THE PROPERTY TO THE NORTH, THEY BUILT THAT HOUSE IN LIKE 1948 ACCORDING TO D AD, AND THEY BUILT IT ENCROACHING ON THE PROPERTY LINE.
AND SO BASICALLY WHAT HAS HAPPENED IS THAT LOT'S BEEN ENCROACHING FOR, I MEAN, DECADES AT THIS POINT.

SPEED LIMIT WAS 45 MILES PER HOUR.
WITH THE TEXDOT PROJECT COMPLETION, THERE ARE NOW FOUR TRAFFIC LANES AT 50 MILES PER HOUR, TWO OF WHICH GO TO A RAMP OVER ROBINSON ROAD.
THERE'S ALSO A NEW SIDEWALK FROM LAKE RIDGE FROM PARKWAY LAKE RIDGE PARKWAY TO ROBINSON ROAD.
UH, DUE TO THE LARGE AMOUNT OF VEHICLE AND PEDESTRIAN TRAFFIC IN FRONT OF OUR HOME, WE NEED THE SECURITY OF A SIX FOOT WROUGHT IRON FENCE WITH LOCKING GATES FOR THE FOLLOWING REASONS.
PEOPLE HAVE LEFT THEIR CARS DISABLED IN OUR DRIVEWAYS, SOMETIMES FOR SEVERAL DAYS BLOCKING OUR ACCESS.
PEDESTRIANS SOMETIMES RING OUR DOORBELL ALL HOURS OF THE NIGHT, SOMETIMES ASKING IF THEY CAN USE THE RESTROOM.
UH, RECENTLY THERE WERE A COUPLE OF INTOXICATED MEN ABANDONED THEIR CAR IN OUR DRIVEWAY.
THEY LOST A WHEEL THAT ROLLED DOWN OUR YARD, UH, NARROWLY MISSING OUR PARKED VEHICLES.
UH, THIS WAS IN OUR CIRCLE DRIVEWAY.
THEY WERE SUBSEQUENTLY ARRESTED FOR PUBLIC INTOXICATION AND THEIR VEHICLE WAS TOWED FROM OUR PROPERTY.
UH, FINALLY, MOST SIGNIFICANTLY, SOMEONE CAME ONTO OUR PROPERTY AND STOLE OUR HONDA UTV APPROXIMATELY VALUED AT $10,000 FROM OUR TRACTOR SHED.
I BELIEVE THIS HAPPENED IN BROAD DAYLIGHT.
