WAS HIT AND KILLED AT WHAT, SEVEN O'CLOCK IN THE MORNING IN UNIFORM THAT NOT EVEN 12 HOURS LATER, THAT DALLAS POLICE OFFICERS AT THE MEDICAL EXAMINER'S OFFICE AND A JUDGE IN DALLAS SET THE BOND AT WHAT, A HUNDRED THOUSAND, SOMETHING LIKE THAT.

BUT WHEN YOU HAVE THESE TYPES OF CRIMES THAT ARE COMMITTED IN MY NEIGHBORHOOD, SOMEONE KILLS A 4-YEAR-OLD CHILD AND $10,000 BOND.
